Our Trade Journal records the setups we have shared, including both winning and losing outcomes, in the interest of transparency. 6. Members Execute Their Own Trades

Capital Research Community does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or trade on behalf of any member. Every member is solely responsible for their own trading decisions, including whether, when, at what size and through which broker or exchange to act on any research or setup we share. We never request or hold access to a member's broker credentials, demat account or trading capital.

7. Risk Management Is Your Responsibility

We share risk-management frameworks and discuss position sizing, stop-loss placement and capital protection in general terms during our sessions. We do not prescribe a single fixed risk percentage, position size or capital allocation for every member — appropriate risk management depends on your own capital, financial circumstances, risk tolerance and trading plan, and is your responsibility to determine, ideally with the help of a qualified, registered financial professional where needed.

8. Technology & Data Risk

Market data, charts and commentary we reference may be delayed, incomplete or subject to technical error. Live sessions and community platforms may be affected by internet connectivity, platform outages or other technical issues outside our control. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on delayed, inaccurate or unavailable data or from any technical disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Research Community, its founders, team members and affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss — including trading losses — arising from the use of, or reliance on, any content, research, commentary or trade setup published by us.
